  • Development of a prototype think tank on “Knowledge and Innovation for Development” for ORBICOM International Network of UNESCO Chairs in Communications.
  • Development of digital media business models for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, later implemented through ABC Commercial.
  • Review of digital media research programmes at Queensland University of Technology’s Institute for Creative Industries and Innovation.
  • For the Waikato Institute of Technology, a demand analysis and business case for two incubators for creative enterprise, one since launched as SODA Inc.
